Why is it important to practice quality control and improvement?

It is imprortant to practice quality control and improvement – this is very necessary in the handicraft industry in general and Bamboo PQ in particular. It allows the Company to provide high quality products, a strong competitive advantage that customers can trust.

In our company, the quality control and improvement starts with the process of the suppliers. They are craftsmen and women living and working in handicraft villages with years of experience. The suppliers shall have a clear quality assurance structure from the first stage such as selecting raw materials, weaving fabrics,………….to the final inspection.

To bring the best products as well as satisfy customers, when we have chosen suppliers we always ask our suppliers for quality control and continuous improvement. That is, the goods must always be checked, if the goods are defective, the supplier will be asked to improve and state how to fix it so that the error doesn’t repeat in the future.

All our products will be inspected by experienced QC team, our QC team classifies the qualified, unqualified or eliminated goods Qualified will be moved to the next process as: gluing, drying and packing processes. Unqualified or eliminated items are removed from the supply chain in order to be repaired. After packing : carton move back to warehouse store to keep dry with running the machine air conditional. All cartons , labeling must be approval before final packing and all goods are examinated twice by two different teams and they are submitted to final QC appointed by the customer.

For us, the requirement to practice quality control and improvement is extremely important because that is our reputation with customers. We are look forward to building sustainable business relationships with customers and to increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
